  1. I paid for tv mate companion for the lifetime deal. I am unable to unlock the premium guide. I did notice that when I’m at the area where I paid for the lifetime subscription i mistakenly left off the “n” at the .net part of my e-mail address. How can I get things corrected an have the ability to unlock the premium? Please help.

  2. I have purchased the tvmate 4 month plan and have recieved no instruction or codes. I also purchased tv mate companion and when i try to unlock the premium guide I get “no valid order notice. could someone please help me.

  3. I can’t see Iptv under Tivimate premium on more than one device
    On other devices (tv box or tv) even I see my playlist, I can’t start any movie or tv show , it ask me to pay for the premium.

    I can enter my service. But when trying to watch any canal it give me a 401 error. Amazon Firestick 4k max. Cleared the cache, used a VPN, did a reset of the router & the Firestick, put something in the user agent option. Nothing worked. I am in the first day of the trial week. If I cant solve the problem will cancelbthe suscription. Thanks

    I can get access to my tivimate premium account. I bought the lifetime membership and it wouldn’t let me login and then I bought the yearly subscription and not even a month in it did the same thing not letting me login. I’ve sent emails to you guys and no response, so I hope someone answers this quickly and get back to me ASAP. Thanks

    Im using the same account on my Google tv and in my Google subscriptions it’s active.

    Just got a 1 year subscription and I have a TV guide, but no rewind, no recording and buffering on shows! Emptied cache, rebooted router, still nothing, can you help me fix.
